We will create a new instance of the OSCaR system for your organisation, and help you with an import of your existing client information. And if there are a few changes you need made for localisation or display, we can support that too.

Once you’re online with OSCaR, our staff can meet with your management in order to help set up custom programming as needed, and explain the full OSCaR feature set to a few key contacts. We can also help train social work staff in the system, walking them through the toolset and explaining general usage.

The OSCaR Team is always developing more materials for you to more quickly understand the OSCaR system, from videos, to a wiki, to regular update notes. OSCaR user organisations can join a mailing list to receive these as they're developed and updated.

As you go on with using OSCaR, we'll meet, chat and email with you regularly to ensure that you're getting the support you need at every step. If you're in a place where we can catch up in person, we'll do that; if not, we can do a lot with Zoom calls and email, and we're super-responsive!
